LAMI TOWN COUNCIL

Chief Executive Officer Department

This Department is solely responsible for the affairs of the Special Administrator and the Chief Executive Officer of the Lami Town Council and oversees and ensuring the other Departments are running.

OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT 

The Core functions are to deliver services in terms of Drainage maintenance,

 waste management as a set of activities that included: the collection, transport and disposal of waste,

footpath repair, landscaping & beautification of the Town, Maintenance/upgrading of all Council vested parks and provisions of children play equipment, upgrading of Council properties and its maintenance works and Capital projects.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The role of the Finance Department are to assist the Council with the collection of Town Rates including the Rates Arrears and the billing and collection of Business Licenses for operating within the Lami Town Municipality.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT 

The Health Services Department provides the most crucial services to the lives of our citizens in trying to improve the living conditions and quality of life of the Town Community.

The Core functions include the processing of Applications and Monitoring of Building/Development Progress within the Town, designing of Councils development projects and attending to Ratepayers Complaints and Queries on Building and Development
