ENFORCMENT

Enforces traffic management guidelines within the Town. It also manages litter prevention in the town vicinity.

LITTER PREVENTION

The Councils litter management is governed by the Litter Act 2008 which is administered by the Department of Environment, and enforced through Litter prevention officer. The council currently has one litter prevention officer.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

The Council has a traffic management plan for the town and is currently planning on have parking meters installed. It currently administers with LTA guidelines to manage traffic within the town.
